SWEAT is the most innovative indoor cycling studio in the Carolinas. The SWEAT workout will change the way you think about "cardio." Our motivators (also known as instructors) will have you moving and working to the beat of the music so your mind and body remain engaged.
Unlike traditional cycling classes, added movements will work your shoulders, triceps, biceps, abs and obliques all while your lower body continuously cycles. The result is a calorie-torching, body-toning workout that feels more like a party.
You can rest assured that SWEAT Motivators are the best at what they do, trained to lead these unique classes safely, effectively and always with personal attention given to all levels of riders.
Because your safety is of our utmost concern, you must have cycle shoes to ride the bikes at SWEAT - our bikes do not have foot cages. Feel free to bring your own cycle shoes or use ones we have available to you at our studio. Our bike pedals are SDP clip and Look Delta clip compatible.
