All classes are intended for riders of all levels. SWEAT will offer 101 classes periodically to cover the basics, so keep an eye out on our schedule!
All bikes require cycling shoes with SPD clips. You are welcome to bring your own, if there are any issues we can offer you a pair of ours free of charge.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you will need to do so 6 hours prior to the class to avoid late fees.
Yes, however, this is limited to standard class packages. We do not allow sharing in reoccurring monthly series.
We understand that unexpected events happen, please always call the desk if you are running late. To respect the integrity of the ride, we do not allow participants in the studio after 5 minutes past the class start time.
We recommend showing up 15 minutes before class. If you do not arrive 5 minutes before class, your spot may be given away.
We offer several seat cushion options in house, but you are welcome to bring your own.
We have a dual membership for purchase to attend inner state studios, however, class packs are designated to the studio where they were purchased.
Absolutely! With a minimum of 10 riders, we will be happy to accommodate a private class. Additional charges may apply, please speak to the front desk for more information.
The front desk will assist you in the studio.
Participants at SWEAT must be at least 12 years of age and minimum height of 4' 10".
All cancellations must be made in the studio. Your cancelation will go in effect 30 days after the request.
We recommend checking with your doctor to see if cycling or core exercises are advisable.
We have plenty of pregnant riders who love our classes! As a rule of thumb, we always recommend checking with your physician before any workout.
